HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN CHOOZA(COCONUT JUICE)
INGREDIENTS
1KG CHICKEN,3 PIECES TOMATOES,TOMATO PASTE,2 CUPS THICK COCONUT JUICE,2 ONIONS,2 TABLE SPOON OIL,SPICESAND CHILIS IF NEEDE
PROCEDURE
HEAT OIL AND ADD ONIONS AND SPICES UNTIL THEY TURN BROWN
ADD TOMATOES AND TOMATO PASTE,LET IT HEAT UNTIL IT BECOMES SOFT
ADD COCONUT JUICE AND THE CHICKEN
LET IT HEAT FOR 2 MINUTES AND THEN PUT IT IN OVEN
IT CAN BE SERVED WITH PLAIN RICE
P/S:YOU CAN FRY THE CHICKEN IF YOU WANT SEPARE BEFORE ADDING TO THE ABOVE,THIS METHOD CAN BE USED WITH FISH TOO
